Purchases made on the website www.blucaribe.net

In the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Buyer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the Buyer consumer within 14 days of receipt of the product (or of collection at the "Blu Caribe Estetica & Solarium" institute in Via Bernardino da Feltre, 35 / B, 27100, Pavia (PV), where applicable) ; in the case of separate delivery of several goods, ordered by the Purchaser with a single order, the fourteen-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day the last good is delivered.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, by the Consumer Customer, within the aforementioned 14 days:

Di qualsiasi altra dichiarazione esplicita della decisione di voler recedere dal contratto mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento all’indirizzo: Blu Caribe Estetica & Solarium  Via Bernardino da Feltre, 35/B – 27100 Pavia (PV) ovvero a mezzo posta elettronica scrivendo dal sito alla voce “Contacts” o rispondendo alla email ricevuta dopo la vendita.

The notice of withdrawal must specify the will to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised , attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase .

Blu Caribe communicates to the Buyer consumer without delay a confirmation of receipt, via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase procedure on the site, of the withdrawal exercised.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 59, lett. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Purchaser cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Furthermore, it cannot exercise the withdrawal in relation to sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or connected to health protection and have been opened after delivery ( art.59 letter i) of the Consumer Code.

The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the Buyer consumer has communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, without any lack.

For purchases made within www.blucaribe.net, the products purchased must be sent to the address of the sender unless otherwise indicated.

For purchases made within the institute, the products purchased must be delivered or sent to the shop "Blu Caribe Estetica & Solarium" in Via Bernardino da Feltre, 35 / B, 27100, Pavia (PV) .

The only costs payable by the Consumer Purchaser for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods , as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Once the withdrawal request has been received, Blu Caribe will refund the entire amount paid by the consumer Buyer within fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer Buyer exercised the right of withdrawal, by re-crediting the current account used at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the consumer Buyer with the notice of withdrawal and in any case using the same payment method used by the consumer Buyer at the time of purchase. At the same time as the refund of the amount paid, Blu Caribe will eliminate any benefit related to the purchase and possibly assigned to the Buyer as a result of the order placed and subsequently subject to withdrawal (eg points or discount coupons).

Blu Caribe si riserva il diritto di trattenere il rimborso finché non abbia ricevuto i prodotti oggetto del diritto di recesso, oppure finché l’Acquirente  consumatore non abbia dimostrato di aver rispedito i beni, a seconda di quale situazione si verifichi prima.

If, on the other hand, the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, the Consumer Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid . In this case, the Consumer Purchaser will be able to get back, at his own expense , the product in the state in which it was returned to Blu Caribe. Otherwise, Blu Caribe will be able to withhold the returned products, in addition to all sums already paid by the Purchaser consumer for the relative purchase. Shipping and transport costs are charged to the Buyer.

Spedizioni in Italia: Gratis per ordini superiori a 100€

Le spese di spedizione sono gratuite per ordini con importo pari o superiore a € 100,00 iva compresa.
Per ordini di importo pari o inferiore a € 99,99 iva compresa le spese di spedizione ammontano a € 5,90 iva compresa.
Al momento gli ordini vengono spediti in 7 giorni lavorativi. Sono escluse le consegne di sabato, domenica e giorni festivi.

Bonifico Bancario
Scegliendo questa modalità di pagamento, una volta effettuato l’ordine è necessario attenersi alla seguente procedura (riportata via email al momento della conferma dell’ordine): la causale da riportare sul bonifico bancario dovrà indicare il numero dell’ordine e il bonifico bancario dovrà essere effettuato a favore di:

La prassi bancaria prevede che il bonifico effettuato venga accreditato sul conto corrente del beneficiario non prima di 3/5 giorni lavorativi dalla sua esecuzione, di conseguenza a questi giorni andranno aggiunti i giorni intercorrenti tra la data di effettuazione dell’ordine e la data in cui il Cliente predisporrà il bonifico bancario.
Decorsi 10 giorni dalla data di accettazione dell’ordine senza che Blu Caribe abbia ricevuto l’accredito del bonifico bancario, la stessa provvederà ad annullare l’ordine.
